This has to be the best OS effort since....well, Firefox.

One of my main gripes against FF is that it takes a while to load up. Some great folks have created a firefox preloader which loads FF into memory. If you've got the extra memory to spare, this is a definite must have for any FF user.

in a direct link , for example in desktop, in windows XP add at the end the line /Prefetch:1 and firefox load faster ...
