Browse Template (localhost)
I'm converting my browse page to be paged (so not all images load on one page) using <THUMBNAILS_WHOLE_PAGED>.
I figured that out alright and it works great online. http://www.richardhoutby.com/index.p...owse&pagenum=1 For some reason, my local host doesn't work properly and it only displays one image (latest image). Any ideas why? It worked (locally as well) when I used the <THUMBNAILS> tag before I made this change. It displayed all images.

Do you have synchronized DBes? Did you set on both boxes same value at addons page in "Page-By-Page-Archive for category and month"?
I guess - no :P |

No, not syncronized... but I do have more than 1 image on the local DB. I uploaded 7 so I could fill my thumb_bar.
I changed the value on the addon page to 20; same as online DB. Even noticed that you seem to have to change it twice to make it work correctly (first time doesn't update, second does) You guess.... wrong! ![]() But seriously... not sure what's wrong. No big deal, but just wanted everything to format the same local. The pages verify HTML and CSS too... thought maybe that was an issue. It's either something else I'm missing or something weird with the Apache/SQL server I'm running. I've got a portable version of XAMPP 2.3 running on my flash drive. Same shows in IE and FF. BUT... it's not the latest image... well, I just uploaded another one and the image didn't change (to the newest). So not sure how it's deciding what image to display. Curious!

I use Apache+MySQL+PHP each from standalone installation. I dont trust so much to packs and I want to have control over each option which I can set.
Making 2 simillar enviroment more or less is easy. Copy files from remote to local machine and same with DB (export it from remote and import it at local machine). More or less it works in 95%. |
