Limit Number of Thumbnails In Browse Template

Hello;

Is it possible to limit the number of thumbnails shown on the browse page? What I would like to do is set this up as more of a photo gallery. I'll use the browse template as my main page, but don't want ALL the thumbnails to load. I'd like to restrict it to about 10 thumbnails per page and then have links for the next 10 (or previous 10) or to the individual categories. If that makes sense.

I'm sort of thinking can you limit the thumbnails, and combine it with the list categories add on. Does this sound like something that is easy to do, or too complicated for right now?

not so long time, we are nearly at an end with developing, then some testing and there it will be ...

it's a lot of instant coordination and work and I am glad that it is going on...
a really thrilling situation, the developers sit in Tehran, Hamburg and USA... that's really great..
