Error Message from resize addon (EXIF Data lost)

Hello folks...

the auto-resize addon produces the following error message after uploading a jpeg file in its original size (2.2MB):

Error: huge number of EXIF entries - EXIF is probably Corrupted

I'm using the following options in the admin options:

Auto-resize (admin_autoresize - version 1.0) - status: ON
Auto resize image to ....
Resize automatically the uplodaed images ?: YES
Maximum image size: 768
JPG Compression rate: 80
Keeping the fullsize image too? NO!

The jpeg (on my harddisk) itself has the following EXIF data (sorry, but I'm using ACDSee in German):

When I display the uploaded picture, the only EXIF data that is displayed is the camera model, see.... http://www.photo-blog.ch/index.php?showimage=143

If I upload pics resized before upload with ACDSee I see all the EXIF information, see....
http://www.photo-blog.ch/index.php?showimage=131

Does anybody know what the problem could be???

Thanks for all hints and tips......

Zanskar....

Perhaps there is a PHP_UPLOAD restriction in effect. It's not a problem with the routines since a resized (and thus smaller in size) file works as expected.

Ask your hoster about the maximum upload limit and the executing time.
