Hi,
A lot of cities are building photoblogging communities and are doing meet ups and lectures; I for one was envious when I saw the program for the New York Photoblogging Meet up. I have been in contact with a lot of photobloggers from Denmark, and some of them have agreed to work with me to arrange a meet up in Denmark in May 2007, cool enough. I have tried to convince photoblogs.org to bend their rules about cityname.photobloggers.org so that it could be countryname.photobloggers.org but they have said no. So I have registered www.photobloggers.dk to start a site where the plans for meetup and maybe the first efforts to create a community for Danish photobloggers could be presented. But – I’m not a coder, webdesigner or anything like that, that’s why I love pixelpost. Does anyone have any good ideas about how to setup a site in wordpress or other that could work or does anyone have ideas, good pointers or advice for that idea. It should be in the lines of all the other community sites found here: http://www.photobloggers.org/ If anyone thinks, I would like to help with that, massive credit is offered Thank You  Jeppe Engell www.substansfoto.dk |

Have just started one myself for my local town of Brisbane. Its at captureaustralia.com, and we are working toward this being brisbane.photobloggers.org
Australia too has a small population and therefore we thought a country or state version might fit. It is understandable though that Brandon does not want to change the rules. Now to answer your question I used nucleus as was recommended once on these forums I think by Connie. Nucleus was really easy to get up and running. Like pixelpost there are many templates available and a great forum in action to get you started. |

Thanks a lot - nucleus looks very easy to use and now I know who to ask if I want to ask questions. Jeppe E. www.substansfoto.dk |
