I've been analyzing the addon a lot lately, and being not a complete PHP guru, it seems the Addon itself doesn't consider the ereg_replace'd codes from the index.php . As of the previous_id, the Addon takes the needed code to display the actual picture (mysql_query), but doesn't do the same for the previous and next images, as in the index.php.

Unfortunately, my php knowledge stops there, and it seems I'm not able to find the actual code that will allow the codes & tags to be recognized.
