Please help me with this bug

$admin_lang_error :
$admin_start_1 "lang-.php" $admin_start_2

It was working before. Now it says this all the time. I've delted and re-installed. I've seen this with 1.5 and 1.6 Anyone know what I should do. If anyone has a remedy please be specific because I'm a beginner. Thanks.

First off, what page do you see this error?

And is that the entire error message?

1)

please check if you have uploaded all files, also the language files and check if you have uploaded them in ASCII-mode, not binary
did you edit the language files yourself?

2)

give us the information from the admin part about your server etc.
give us an url as well

3)
did you upload with an FTP-programme?
or with a webserver-ftp-version?

I don't see that, neither in page, nor in admin. Everything looks ok with Firefox 2.0
