I looked at both Meta-Bold & MetaKorrespondenz-Bold, and I don't see any difference, except that later has 99 more characters.

And I have to admit, I didn't look through all of my fonts to find out. I cheated a bit and used WhatTheFont.com.

But either way, I still love the logo. Just for my curiosity, are you planning to release it under the Creative Commons license?

I only have the MetaKorrespondenz here, so i can not compare them. But i think they look very, very similar.

WhatTheFont is very useful, you are right :-).

Yes, sure. I will release it under such a licence. I have to look which one is the best in that case, i donīt know this stuff a lot.

Regards,
Andreas

The current plan is to use Andreas' logo.

The new (under development) website design features his logo, right at the top.

Really looking forward to this logo going 'official', so in anticipation, I'm wondering if some logos of various sizes could be made - I'd be happy to make some, but I believe quality would be better if they were made from the existing .psd/.ai..
for example (these are just quick mockups of poor quality..)

Andreas, your logo looks fantastic. I can only say I'm happy that my mislabelled thread (it should have been button but I wrote logo) has led to the creation of such a cool logo. The other logos are good too, but Andreas' is the best. Excellent work.

I've actually noticed some people using the logos I made from Andreas logos - I don't mind that people use them (despite only being rough!), I'm just concerned about whether this logo has gone official yet and whether Andreas minds it being used...?
