Adding Hover Navigation to Horizon

I'm trying to add hover navigation (much like Delicious) to Horizon with little luck. My problems occur when I start messing with the ID "photobox"... everything just gets thrown completely out of whack, with the prev/next nav arrows appearing below the photobox. I have tinkered with the CSS and am unable to figure out what is causing this. Maybe a fresh pair of eyes?
