Adding an logo to header problem

Hi,
First post for me, so thanks to everyone involved in developing this software!

I'm trying to add a logo to my Delicious template, but for some reason, the best I can get is the left 2 or 3 rows of pixels appearing with the rest seemingly masked by the background image.

I have tried adding the logo both through adding an img tag where the <SITE_TITLE> tag resides, and through some ccs code I found for the horizon template that adds a logo (unlikey to work I know... ).

Can anyone suggest where I may be going wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Regards,
Patrick.

This is not related to Pixelpost 1.6, but related to templates. Therefore I'm moving this thread.

Sorry Dennis.
I've managed to fix the problem with a bit of css jiggery-pokery.

Not quite sure where I was going wrong before, but by moving the background image tag from one css style to another, I managed to get it looking right.

I'm loving this software more and more.

Hiya - just a bump because I'm trying to incorporate custom icons instead of the text for the logo and the nav menu. I've managed to get the logo graphic to work, but even though the graphic is cropped tight to the edge of the text it displays, everything in the header is being shifted a few pixels to the right, going over the edge of the photo, but still the same width as the image-wrapper.

Any ideas what's gone wrong?

A common trick is to use the text-indent property with an extreme negative value (-9999px) - just make sure the element that you are using it on has the display property set to block.

Got it to work now, cheers!

Now then, why isn't my logo a clickable link on the Archive and About pages...?
