The error tells you the problem: Pixelpost script cannot connect to your MySQL Database. This has nothing to do with html and so on
Unfortunately you do not provide us with some important information to help you

So please answer these questions:
Did Pixelpost run before or is it a fresh installation?
If it ran before, did you make an update?
Does your ISP has any problems or did they change anything? (ask them first please!)

Can you reach your Admin panel by calling www.yourdomain.com/(pixelpostfolder/)admin? If yes, please copy the content of your General Information page here.
Do you have a phpinfo page somewhere we can see?
If not, please create a file with this content:
PHP Code:
<?PHP
phpinfo
()
?>
save it as phpinfo.php and upload it to your server. Tell us the link so we can have a look at your configuration.

And please check the following:
1) Do you already have a database at your server?
If not, either create one in the administration area of your server account or ask your hoster to do that for you.

2) Did you enter the correct login data into the file includes/pixelpost.php?
Check that and check that again. Usually this is NOT the login for your FTP.
You need the database host (you have there "localhost" what is correct for most installations, but check this), the name of your database (mostly the name is given automatically by your ISP when you create the database but sometimes you can name it by yourself), your username (often the same name as the database name or given by the ISP or chosen by you) and your password (did you change that after creation?)

3) If all this data is correct, ask your hoster and check if your ISP's database server is not down

If you are on a local machine and did the server setup by yourself, please check if you did everything right. On XAMPP the preset login to the database is username: 'root' and password: '' (empty). Don't forget to start the Apache and MySQL before trying to call Pixelpost.

Merry Christmas!
