Random front page image

Hi,

Ok i read the thread which showed exactly this but I have a small modification. How can I generate a random front page image from a particular category only? Let say i make categories called animals, birds, insects, predators, etc. The front page should display random pictures only from the gallery called birds for example.

Your help will b really appreciated
