Enabling html tags in admin/comment form

Hello.
I was wondering if there's a way to use common/basic html tags when you post images in the admin. Say if I want to include a link in the note section, I'll have to link it.

I would also like users to be able to type in links.
<b>, <i>, <a> tags would come very handy.

Is there a way to do this already? or has this not been done yet?

Are you talking about Image upload/edit or Comment edit?

To make HTML work in your Image description, set the use of "Markdown" to yes in the Admin options. This will allow you to use either HTML or Markup (what comes in handy by typing "space space enter" for a single line break and "enter enter" for a double line break/paragraph).
You can mix HTML and Markup without problems too

For Comments editing it is not possible right now.
