Images don't show up after upgrade to 1.7.1
I have just upgraded to 1.7.1 and all went well...all of my indicators are green,and indicating correct permissions in Pixelpost control interface ...path to images has trailing slash and image permissions in my webspace are set to 777

Image path as set is www.johnsimpson.ca/images/

I get a red error warning that tells me that the image directory can not be written to...any ideas?

images path should be set to ../images/
and the thumbnail path should ../thumbnails/
