how to include the own theme

I have a question, if it possible:
How to modify theme of pixelpost template (header, sidebars, footer). I just want to include own files (.php) in the template...

for example in WordPress it possible so:
<?php include (TEMPLATEPATH . '/file.php'); ?>

Pixelpost doesn't support PHP files.
