SITE TITLE AND URL issues

In the general admin panel it lets you set the SITE TITLE AND URL. When I do this the site title is changed and in the URL box I have the correct home page address that I want to link--my web saite home page. I save it and them go back to my web site and it is sill linked back on the blogs home page, and you can't get back to my home page. How fix this

Probably a static link in your template. Have a look there.

The site title and URL are associated with your photoblog - the URL has to point to the address where your photoblog is set up in order for Pixelpost to function properly.

If you want a link to the main page of your website, then you need to do as Dennis suggested and edit your photoblog template files to add a static link in the blog navigation to your home page.
