The tag to display comments in Dark Matter style (including gravatars) is:

<DM_COMMENTS>

If you use anything else it won't look good.
If someone doesn't have a gravatar, a default image is shown (it's a DSLR camera).

I also noticed that you're not using 100x75px thumbnails. You should use 100x75 and exactly 5 thumbnails. This will become more important when the final version comes out with an AJAX caroussel thumbnail browser.

Unhappy Comment

That's the tag I use, but the comments are still not visible ?
Any idea ?

Here is my code :

<div id="comments">
<h3 class="main">Commentaires sur "<IMAGE_TITLE>"</h3>
<div class="commentcontent">
<p>Il y a <IMAGE_COMMENTS_NUMBER> commentaire(s). N'hésitez pas à me laisser votre avis !</p>
</div>
<DM_COMMENTS>
</div>

Now mythumbnail are 100 by 75 px ;-)

<IMAGE_COMMENTS> is the tag to show all the comments, you can place this wherever you want on the image template.

Not for the Dark Matter template. I reprogrammed the way comments are marked up. <DM_COMMENTS> should be used in Dark Matter, not <IMAGE_COMMENTS>.

Error with comment

I just installed and tested this great template. I found 1 issue which i cannot fix. When someone want to insert a new comment it's not possible.

When clicking on the post comment buton, there is only a blank page showing and nothing happens

try to post a comment at http://www.lemonnier.ch/photoblog/in...?showimage=332 to see it.

any idea on this?

thanks

I seriously doubt this is caused by the template. I haven't seen this problem on any other site. Does commenting work when you install another template? Have you made changes to the backend code? A bad add-on maybe?

It's pretty much impossible for a template to blank out a pixelpost page...

Still a bit not right

This is a great theme but the categories still don't work correctly.

Go to Collection, the click on Animals.

Double click on any image; there are four. Now go forwards or backwards using the arrow on the image. It shows all images not just Animals.

Why does it not stay in the category? What is the point of having categories?
