page by page archive not working

i have installed page by page archive but somehow its not working.

when i go to admin area and click on update button under page by page archive section it gives me error on the page it loads..

ERROR IS :

http://localhost/pixelpost/index.php?x=maxpthumb

PAGE SHOWS :

Not Found
The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Help on how to resolve as i want to use some
<TAG_IMG_LIST_KEYWORDS> to display on my image page. which require this plugin in working condition.

do you have a maxpthumb_template.html file in your active template directory?

1. made a copy of browse_template.html
2. went to admin and put 100value and pressed on update button and error gone.
3. edited image_template.html and added values

still the keywords from image exif dosent display and view source still shows . .

i used Lightroom plugin to upload images directly to my pixelpost.
even i gone to database and checked tag's table and found there are very few keywords and tags came inside db where i have so many keywords added to image in Lightroom.
