Problem with Chinese language!

Hello,

I just install pp1.7.1 with Chinese language extension. And things are working smoothly with FireFox 3.
But don't work in IE 7 actually, I get a blank login page. So I have to delete Chinese admin language file to fix this problem.

It does happen with both traditional and simplified Chinese. Is this a problem of browser, any ideas?
