Question Template Opinions?

For the most part, I like it, but it wasn't obvious, to me at least, that the all-caps text were in fact links. Perhaps you could underline them at the beginning, or use some sort of other method to suggest that people can click on them.

Also, the about and comments page seem rather disorganized, and don't really seem flow with the rest of the site. See image below:

After viewing your site, it reminded me of a site I've seen before.
Perhaps you could lay out your About page using a 2 column layout, similar to this:

I saw some other issues like the one Jay highlighted in your browse section too. Do some more browser testing. If you don't have all the browsers, use browsershots.org to get some screen shots of how your site is rendering.
