editing "about" page information

I am using a simple horizontal template but I cannot figure out how to edit the information under the "about" page. This includes information about the work, links and more links... The admin area does not seem to address these things. Sorry if this question seems remedial but I have had a number of people look at it and it is not obvious!

Pixelpost is not like Wordpress. You must manually edit the template files.

Go to the following folder:
templates/{template name here}/

Now, open the about_template.html file in a basic text editor (Notepad or Textedit) and edit away.

Once done, save it and upload it to the correct template folder ( templates/{template name here}/ ).
