Two blogs one database

Hello everybody,

I have two websites and one database. On the first website I still have a wordpress blog and now I want to run a pixelpost photoblog on the second one.

What is necessary to know? Is it assured that the installation doesn't destroy my first blog, that's running under the same database?

i use worpress, pixelpost, a other galleryscript and a wiki in the same mysql database, because they all use different names for their tables this is no problem.
