Changed hosts - need mySQL changes

I recently changed hosts. I've imported the same file/directory structure, as well as my mySQL database for pixelpost, but it has a new name and a new user/password. Where and how would I effect this change?

You can make the necessary database changes by editing the pixelpost.php file located within your Pixelpost includes/ folder.
