The World in 35mm - Bug?

I originally began my question here:

as I was assuming that the error was due to a fault in pixelpost itself.

Essentially when I remove a picture and then later decide to re-upload the image. The World in 35mm will not display the picture. When I revert to "horizon" or "simple template" the pictures are viewable. It just appears the pictures are loading but they never do. There are two examples on my site right now:
