Issues in Admin Screen

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
When i am trying to delete any comments, the css will not load and the comment will be deleted. So the page will look without the css is loaded. It just show only the text with links. And if we click on any of the links from here, the below shown text is displayed.

Can anyone pls help me to resolve this issue?

/photokada.com/admin/img/sys.phtml is not one of our files. And why is there an index.php file in the admin/img folder?

That isn't supposed to be there. So I'm not sure what you're doing but it looks wrong.
