Question A number of problems, where do i start?

Hello,

I use Defensio on my pixelpost photoblog website.
But my host is having trouble with your moving ip address
My web host support say they have fixed it but then the next day the same problem happens.
I get this error message "MySQL server has gone away"
You should be able to see it here..

On my comments part of my site im getting loads of really obscene spams.
Which at the moment i am powerless to delete. My web host doesnt seem to be helping what can i do to get on to my admin site and stop it.

My question is, Is there a way of removing the comments ability on my site without being able to access the Admin section?

PS: i have emailed Defensio hoping they can help a bit. But at this moment in time i dont know who to turn to because nothing seems to be working.

Thanks

What amazes me the most is the fact that your page is working well and your admin not. Since these are related that is weird.

I don't know how to fix it. It appears the MySQL service is working just fine.

so do i just hound my web provider a bit more?
Is the admin page not working anything to do with defensio or to do with my web provider?
And are you saying the pixelpost side of things is not the problem at the mo?
