Comment popup in Switchy not working properly

Using Switchy with minor customization ...practically all revisions made only in style sheet, except in image template, I put break/space between commenter's name/site link and "Add comment" and "View all." Don't think I would have broken any links to js or anything else, but...
Whether I moderate or publish comments instantly, comment goes to moderation. User does not get any notice of comment being moderated. Nor is comment posted when I set admin to publish comments instantly.
Please help.
