Certain Images Will Not Display

I have tried everything I know to try and my problem won't go away. My most recently uploaded image is one that is having problems right now.

I uploaded an image and it gave me this problem. I used the reupload feature in the admin section. Still no luck. I deleted the image and tried again. No luck.

I uploaded a new image and it works.

I uploaded the original image again. No luck.

I changed the file name of the original and uploaded. No luck.

I uploaded another new image and it works.

I copied the bad image in Photoshop to the file that is known to work, keeping the file name and everything else possible the same. No luck.

I don't know what else to do. Of my last four uploads, I have had two randomly selected images that do not work, and two randomly selected images that do work.

Six images (before these four) worked without problems.

I was browsing my SQL database and noticed that my image title was showing differently than I had entered it. In the field under Pixelpost admin, I entered "Mandi's Baptism" and in my SQL database it was showing "Mandi\'s Baptism".

I looked through my other image titles and none of them had an apostrophe.

I deleted the image and uploaded it again without an apostrophe in the image title and it works just fine.
