Spam - what can I do?!

Hi.
I'm being spammed massively.
I've looked in the forum, and found some info about updating the .htaccess file.
I've tried to do so, and I've also enabled defensio.

Nothing....
I'm keep being spammed (from 2 or 3 addresses).

What can I do?!

(you can see the spam comments here:
http://sefistication.com/pixelpost)

Please help me!!

First i use the "ENABLE TOKEN IN FORMS ", but it was not enough, it reduce maybee up to 50% of the spam.
in the main i use the the MOderation List in Options->Spam Control.
with this content i reduce the spam from 50 Comments/Day to 1/month (if the spamers use a new unknown keyword).
my spamwordlist:
order
buy
casino
cheap
levitra
viagra
cialis
penis
online
generic
mestinon
fatblast
extreme

we also block ALL ips hostet in Asia (so sorry chinese and japanese or thai an korean poeple, but 75% of all my spam belongs on this ips and under 0,1% are human visitors)

it helps, but new kind are coming.
I keep adding bad words to the moderation list, but new ones just keep on coming...

Most of the, from are from the same site (yet not the same ip).
How can I band adding comments with URL that contains "http://www.mtvasiablog.com/..."?

I can't block it all (too many keywords).
How can I block comments which their URL directs to the same site?
I've tried to add the site's name to the band list but it did nothing.

If your visitor use always the same IP, you can block the ip in your .htaccess
more about that use google with search words like : "block ip .htaccess"

defensio addon is free to register for, and it works great. after about 100-200 comments, it's about 95%+ accurate

I use defensio, but it filters almost nothing.
The spammer use different IP.
Can I filter by URL?

Is it possible you are using the filter incorrectly? When you get spam, do you "Report Spam" to defensio using options in the ADMIN panel?

For The World in 35mm, my defensio stats are:
Code:
Recent accuracy: 94.12%

I am using pp1.6 and use this trick by j-roumagnac. It involves editting the function-comments file so would stress that you should only use it as a last resort and make sure you back up. I don't know if it works with 1.7 unfortunately, but I've had no spam for about a year now. All the instruxctions are here:
