How to redirect "Home" url and disabel reactions?

Hello,

I installed pixelpost (here) and I love it. However, I would like to adjust things to my own (very similar) layout and hence I want to get rid of some things.

For starters I want to redirect the "Home" link to go to my web-root (hkramer.nl) and people should not be able to give reactions. I tried disabeling the reactions in the admin panel, but that doesn't work.

Any tips on how I can achieve this?
