Browse 'All'.....not(?)

It *seems* the default loading of the browse page is to display 'All'. Can that be changed in some way? For reference, the site I'm working on can be found here.

As I'm using the 'View By Month' option for the archive pages, I'm wondering if it's possible to have the default loading of this page include only the most recent month (or most recent 3 months....or whatever the user chooses).(?)

Secondarily, if the above cannot be accomplished, I'm guessing the standard mechanism to control the number of thumbs that load by default is to control the height of the container in CSS such that only 'X' number of rows appear. I'm guessing that to be the case only because I've yet to bump into a tag that would allow the user to specify the number of thumbs in a column or row.(??)

Thanks!

You can change your template to link to whatever browse page you want by coding the link instead of using the pixelpost tag.

In general, what you say certainly makes sense. But after thinking about it overnight, I don't have a clue how I'd capture (for sake of discussion) only the last month's images.(??) Seems like I'd need a tag roughly equivalent to <last_image_id>, no?
