Hi
I just loaded pixelpost today on my photoblog and really would like to post pictures from my flickr account. I saw that there's a pretty nifty addon and all that, but wouldn't it be a million times easier to just be able to post a picture into pixelpost using a URL? I don't know, maybe it's possible and i'm totally missing it. Anyone want to shed some light on this for me? thanks! Alan |

Hi Alan,
Loading a picture by URL is not what Pixelpost was initially designed for. So the current version will not support this.

Hi
Well I understand Pixelpost is a tool for image galleries. So being able to post an image from a url doesn't seem to conflict with that purpose. Especially if the tags, categories, etc are all attributed with only that URL, then I don't see how anything would be lost. Anyone know of an addon I can get to do this? Alan |

Technically speaking Pixelpost is a photoblogging software, not a tool for image galleries. Gallery on the other hand would be considered such a tool.
There is no addon but I do agree it should be possible to make such an addon.
