Defensio stopped working

Hi,

Can someone tell me which Defensio server is being contacted? My host is wondering whether the IP maybe blocked.

The problem I'm having is this :

Defensio worked great with my Pixelpost blog for a long time, but recently I've been getting many "COMMENT NOT CHECKED WITH DEFENSIO CLICK HERE TO TRY AGAIN." and this every day. But when I click the "Click here to try again", again and again, on different days, nothing happens.

When Defensio catches a HAM, I select it and then I always select "Report as HAM to Defensio", however, lately, I receive the message :

Also, I can't report comment as HAM to Defensio'. When I try to do this, the comment is still regarded as spam and does not get published and I receive the message : "Could not report 1 comments as HAM to Defensio."

Can someone please help me?
