@Will: I know how does cPanel look like because I got it on my server and few more - it isnt a problem.

Only thing which I need is to show them (my client) example of facture because there is some financial law that it need some things in facture to be valid for polish tax departments. They are company so they must be tax valid to not pay some extra tax punishment.

That is from dictionary - in english dictionary said it is facture. At polish it is faktura

How hard is it to transfer a database between hosts? My current contract with dreamhost will be up in a few months but I'm not sure how hard it would be to move everything over successfully.

if you can make a backup of your database, probably a gzip file, then its just a matter of uploading it to the new server and editing your pixelpost.php file to match any changes to connecting to the database. So overall, its pretty easy.

Many hosts will help you move everything over, you should ask e2 support about this.

if you plan to use this webhosting offer with mailinglists as well, be aware that this hoster only allows to send 300mails per hour... which will make any mailing list program too slow and unproductive.

There are some restrictions there which might be not what you wanted...
