Detail "slide-out" how-to

Hi all, new pixelpost user .......

coming from

http://www.rompingfury.com to http://photo.rompingfury.com

HUGE question though ..... I would LOVE to add a details slide out bar like:

http://blog.jinkyart.com.au/

AND

http://www.deceptivemedia.co.uk/

BUT, do not know what it is called or what is required or even how to add that to an existing template ... any help would be greatly appreciated .... at the very least could one of you point me in the right direction?

yup, as usual, Karin is right.

If you can not get the script working own you own, i always suggest that you get in contact with the template developer and ask if they would be willing to help you out.

try this, I didnt check out the code of the site you linked to as an example. looks like a collapsable div. if its not, you will still be able to achieve this functionality with this tut:
