Pictures not showing
I have visited a couple of sites that use PixelPost and the images are not appearing.
One of them is http://www.fourthplace.org/photoblog/ which was an OT in http://www.pixelpost.org/forum/viewt...6&start=75. And the other one is http://www.chilanga.org/fotos/ I was watching the sites with FF, and tried also with IE. And no pictures with both of them. But I have the Norton Firewall, if I disable the firewall, I can see the pictures. Why is this happening? Greetings.

they all display fine for me, i use mcaffee firewall though, so i cannot attempt to recreate your issue. Very odd, because until today I was unaware of anything like this...

I know that this will depend on the configuration of each machine. I wanted to make the comment, because it doesn't happens with other pblogs.
Thanks.

Thanks for bug report. Do you have any clue about why this happens?

is this only happening with photoblogs with "dynamic content", I mean, where the photos are linked in the "parameter-syntax" and not like static pages? I am sure it is like this, because loading "parametered content" is something difficult with firewalls
another argument to continue with mod-rewrite of the URLs

ha, you play with fire!
At least use a very simple firewall (no, not WIN XP!!!!), but maybe zonealarm, combined with an ever actualised antivir-program I use that combination and I feel free :P |

I see same problem with photos in FF 1.0.4 ENG but I don't have software firewall on my machine. I've got Permit cookies plugin and I'm wondering if it don't cause the problem.
