New Template: Buzznet!!

I'm working on making a unvalidating template from buzznet templates!
Named Buzznet (or maybe Buzznet Boxes! :wink: )

- it works in conjunction with auto-resize admin addon or autoresize hack
- it also saves the fullsize image too.
- it displays images with maximum width of 450 and links to the full size Image in a fluid page.
- it looks good in IE and FF and still not good Opera
- it requires the thumbs to be about 75x75 (other sizes are also acceptable but if they do not overlap the boxes)
