refererspam in pixelpost
Hi. Have everyone a solution/plugin like wordpressspamplugin against refererspam in pixelpost????
My friends photoblog shows under referers 99% refererspam... :-((( http://www.nty.at/cscharf/pixelpost/index.php?x=ref any idea...? please help... my php-knowledge is very poor... thanks, frank

wellcome in the club of forum posting readers :lol: you should read the forum postings here, the announcements etc. first: upogradel PixelPost 1.4.2 second: delete the referrer list third: take out the links to any referrersite of the templates mensch, lies doch hier ein wenig im Forum, dann siehst du doch was gerade los und wie man wenigstens die Liste leeren kann und die Referrer-Links entfernt etc.. viel Glück!

shit... actually shows my referrerlist all known spamreferer...
and yes, have had updated the bannlist with "pulsar.net" or "chiki-piki.com"...a.s.o. but the spammers comes in in my refererlist under general info... when i delete them, minutes later new spams from these referers... is this normally??? i afraid its a problem with the webspace, php running in cgi-mode ...????? what i canīt understand, the other subdomain on this server in pixelpost has no referrerspam... Iīm confused btw.: the bb-addon shows no activity :-(

the URL of your old PP that used REFERERS page is saved in the evil side, spammer side, and they continue to hit your site untill they get tired! and robots seldom get tired!
That's not the PP that absorbs them, the referers page was the absorber!
