Increase number of thumbnails in row?

I can't seem to figure this out, how to increase the number of thumbnails in one row (say, to 6) and potentially display more rows.

On my index page I would hopefully like to display the most recent 24 images, for example.

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks!

which version did you install?

Version 1.3 allows to configure how many thumbnails you want to display (see Options/Thumbnailrow)

but you might run into trouble if you want to present the thumbnails horizontally and you define too much thumbnails for one row, you will get a very broad window with long scrolls
