reason can also be a missing language file or pixelpost.php and/or other files in includes-folder

I think I uploaded v 1.4.2 ten times already, that's what I did...
Restoring the db is the wrong word. I exported the tables and inserted them in a new db (settings alright in pixelpost.php)

Could you check the page now? error reporting is on.

did you upload pixelpost.php after editing it? It is not there !!!!

did you edit it inside cpanel?
try editing it on your computer and then save it in ANSI mode and uploading it again
