thoughts? This day was tough cause the sun was bright and high in the sky. I'm still working on composition... I also tried a new effect to soften the image...

yeah, the light is just too harsh, horses are best to shoot in the warm early mirning light, ditch the effect in my opinion.

framing and position of the horse and horizon in the photo works for what you were after, so you're on there
