This topic is dead....

I thought the 20% discount would do it and make this forum alive...I will go back to the drawing board and see what I can do to insight more activity around here...

yeah, I figured there would be a little bit more "heck yeah" response here...but hopefully when v1.5 is in its final stages we can take that next step towards fantastico on the eleven2 servers! that'll just be cool.

maybe its a good thing that those who have used it dont have to ask for support but i did figure where would be more questions. I'd say once we get back on schedule and wrap up the website and new version it will bring more attention to what we are trying to offer here in the community.

most people who would be interested in pixelpost will probably already have a hosting package of their own. i have a feeling that if pixelpost doesn't suit their server then they'd simply shop around for a different program rather than a different host.

(if e2 isn't getting much interest from new pp users..)

just restin', not dead

in fact, i am pretty much interested in getting a cx hosting account for my existing domain and move all my stuff to pixelpost as soon as possible, which is not very soon since were in the middle of moving and expecting our first baby. these two keep me quite busy.

i think many of us are now informed of the eleven2 hosting and domain services and considering taking the plunge...after some contemplation. E2 offers look good so i would not be worried about this topic not doing so high traffic right now. besides, it's summer!

i would totally switch to e2 if i had the money. i know there's a discount (which is very cool) but i just couldn't do a monthly subscription right now. zeeder is hosting my site now, and it does have some downtime (right at first it was ridiculous the amount of downtime my site had, ha) but it was only $5 for a lifetime account with no ads and just a ".zeeder" in the url. it uses cpanel, so that's really nice for when i do decide to switch to e2... and i hope to be doing that sometime in the near future! i know its much past summer and the last time this thread was posted on was in august, but i just wanted to let you know i'm still interested in this e2 deal, even if not right away. thanks so much guys!!

I'm about to launch a Pixelpost site, so I'll be in touch.

Wish me luck. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I found a friend who insists its dead easy. Then again when I look at the kind of questions people ask in these forums, I think I'm way out of my depth. Who knew a simple dash or quote mark in the wrong line can disable your ability to display your creative work....

Hopefully the hosting part is simpelr than that.
