trying to sign up for e2 hosting, unable

any E2 support out there? the live lines are "offline". when i try to sign up for the base package, i input all my information, credit card etc, press submit, and am bounced back to the signup screen again. the header says "please fill in all required fields" but all fields are filled, no indication of whats wrong. is there a pattern to the userid field i need to follow, other than the exclusions listed? how about the password, max length, no special characters etc?

kinda frustrating, tried like 5 times, new screen everytime, no luck.

yup, sure do. actually, a little fiddling with the application turned up this gem. if you change your country to anyhting other than the US, the next field, phone number, a 3 parter, is auto-populated with a starting 011, then the next part will only let you input 2 characters. ended up i input my phone number, accepted their break points (3 digits, 2 digits, all the rest of the digit) and i am able to move on. curious.

We are aware of these problems with the signup process and are working on them.

If you can change your country to US and then just put in some phoen number we can get you processed and change your information.
