the negative space on the right side is a litle odd, but wonderful light!

agreeing with blinks on this - the lighting is top notch! any special setup you used for this?

EDIT - sorry just noticed the setup notes. window light is often the best!

Ramania inspired me to give the water shots a go, mine ended up a little different though:

For mine I used a reflector with a black back for the background, set on a black table, with bounce flash off the roof of my room. Used the tungsten white balance to achieve the lighting. I'd be happier if the two drops above the glass were dead on sharp, but, what can ya do, these shots are 3/4 luck based

good to hear that my shots encouraged you to do similar. I liked the composition very much.
Do you think Shutter: 1/250 sec is enough? I think you should do it with higher shutter speed.

Joey, I will be trying again and Ramania, yes I will have to try it with different lighting, thats the fastest my shutter would go with the flash head as the light source. Next time I'll try it before it gets dark out.
