nice, simple and serene. I like the ambiguity of the lights. It could be fireworks, or UFO's, or stars. I think that it would improve the composition if the scene was cropped at the chimney closest to the lights on the right. That way the eye doesn't wander off the photo. It stays focused on the subject, the fireworks.
