Fatal error: Call to undefined function: utf8_decode() in /var/www/html/pixelpost_1.
New Install results in the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: utf8_decode() in /var/www/html/pixelpost_1.4.3/includes/functions.php on line 115
Any help?
