Help re comment popup not working

Hi can anyone help me sort out the comment popup. I downloaded and installed PP without problem. I then downloaded Simply Blue template and tweaked the design to suit.

The image popup does not work with either this or the standard Pixelpost dark templates but it did for a short while. The code is the same on both which looks like this:

<IMAGE_DATETIME> - <IMAGE_COMMENTS_NUMBER> <COMMENT_POPUP> Category: <IMAGE_CATEGORY>

Every thing shows up apart from a comments link. Do I have to insert a link to the comments page or should this be handled by the tags.

I am a complete novice at this stuff and I really need some help.

John

well. please take a first look whether your browser-configuration allows PopUp-Windows!

For instance after using Firefox poup-templates didn't work anymore, because that was forbidden there...

the same with Opera

have a try and tell us the result!

comments pop up not working

Hi

Yes my browser is okay because I can use pop ups on other sites, plus when I first installed PP it was working. I have checked all I can and reached the end of my limited knowledge.

It is a mystery that I hope I can solve.

thanks

John

Pop up not working

Just some more info. there was a similar support question a while back and you fixed it after you were sent a copy of the Image_template.html file. I have checked line 516 index.php and all looks okay,

Can you remember how you fixed the last one ?
