<IMAGE_CATEGORY> and disply "default ()"

I wonder how I can get get rid of the "default ()" on my main page, where I used the <IMAGE_CATEGORY> tag.

I am having the same problem on my Archive page, where I used the <BROWSE_CATEGORIES> tag.

I don't know why a category without any value is shown at all.

Is there somebody who could give me a hint how I can get rid of the display of an empty "default" category?

You should be able to delete the category in your administration section.

well, PP was structured and planned to use categories with all images
so, one category is there for default and that name is "default"

so you don't use this category

so, why did you not delete this category or rename it? (admin / categories / edit category)

you must not complain, you just should use a little creativity ;=)

Thanks for the quick reply... I didn't complain, I aske for help or some ideas. ;-)

I tried to delete the "default" but it was not possible, at least not with version 1.4.3..
... but to rename it and use it in the futer to fill it with content is a really good workaround. ;-)

i renamed my default category "misc", just incase

I have changed it now to "misc"...

Before I asked here in the forum I searchend already for an similar question here in the forum and tried everything to delete the "default" but just to renaim it was really an good advise I didn't find myself. :-)
