the problem is that you cannot type in Hamburg
you must pick Hamburg from the select-box ...

Added myself in Australia, it found the location without a problem.

I'm on it, but with the nearest city it recognised. Mine it does not know. (although we have a population of 33.000 and it's one of the largest city's in belgium as it comes to size, not population)
