Looking for Global Comment Settings addon

I need to do a mass update of my images to set the comments to go to the moderation queue (and one by one isn't practical since I have 500ish images).

Unfortunately, it seems the addon that does this, Global Comment Settings, is not available from the creator's, Dkozikowski, website. Which happens to be the only links I could fine since it's not here on Pixelpost either.

Would anyone happen to know of a working link or if someone has the addon, maybe they could upload it or send it to me? This would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Just a FYI for those that cross paths with my old website (dwilkinsjr dot com), I no longer own/operate that web address anymore... The website expired and was purchased by someone else who I'm pretty sure is using it for spam
